The Gentleman’s Oven is built on our love of baking that has been sewn into our memories from the influence of a long line of strong Matriarch figures throughout our life.

We have a unique approach to our baking based on the good old Southern and Appalachian down-to-earth influences we had growing up, mixed with our own modern life influences adding a refined and precise perspective to our indulgent sweets.

In our home-based kitchen in Kettering Ohio, every macaron, cupcake, cookie, cream puff, pie, and crackling piece of June Etta's famous peanut brittle is still made from scratch the way the Matriarchs in my family always did: real butter, real sugar, real love.

Our goal is to provide the indulgent bakery goodies that we all crave, but here comes the twist. We are also working to refine our keto friendly alternative recipes of those same delicacies. Our hope is to have sitting right beside those classic treats, their fearless keto counterparts: same elegance, same decadence, zero sugar, zero apologies.
