The Gentleman’s Oven is built on the love of baking that has been sewn into my memories from the influence of a long line of strong Matriarch figures throughout my life.

My approach to baking is unique, while it is based on the good old down home influences I had growing up, it also has modern flare blended throughout from my own life experiences. The result is a traditional, yet refined perspective on our goodies.

In my home-based kitchen in Kettering Ohio, every macaron, cupcake, cookie, cream puff, pie, and crackling piece of peanut brittle is made from scratch, the way my influences did: real butter, real sugar, real love.

My goal is to make homemade indulgent bakery treats that we all love and crave. Now when I say "we all", I truly want everyone to be able to enjoy our products. Which is why we are also working to refine keto friendly alternative recipes of those same delicacies. Our hope is to have the traditional sweets, along with their alternative keto-friendly counterparts sitting right beside: same elegance, same decadence, lower sugar, zero apologies.
